SPRING KITS by
This spring kit allows the option to customize the ride height of your Volkswagen. Used for years on race cars to balance weight distribution, Ground Control spring kits have been adapted for street use. Most other spring kits offer only one set ride height when installed. Our unique design allows for easy adjustment. Simply lift the corner(s) that you wish to adjust and spin the adjustable spring seat up or down to raise or lower the vehicle. Ground Control spring kits are also designed to be used with either stock or aftermarket shocks.

HARDWARE
Ground Control suspension kits offer the highest quality components available.
Springs: We are pleased to announce that Eibach Springs has chosen Ground Control Systems as the west coast distributor for their ERS (Eibach Race Spring) line of springs. All of our ride height adjustable kits now exclusively feature Eibach Springs . All racing spring rates are available as well as a new custom made street spring. This street spring is barrel-shaped to allow for a more suitable street spring rate while retaining sufficient spring travel. All Eibach Springs offer a lifetime warranty against spring rate change and sagging.
Adjusters: All adjusters consist of a threaded sleeve and adjustable spring seat and are made using 6061-T6 billet aluminum; anodized for greater durability and appearance. The threads on the adjusters are square cut which locks the adjustable spring seat in place under load. For further precaution, a set screw in the adjustable spring seat can be used to secure adjuster. The aluminum top hats have been custom made to adapt the small diameter springs to Volkswagen stock upper mounts. Top hats are also made of high strength 6061-T6 billet aluminum.

SHOCK ABSORBERS
Tokico Gas Shocks: These shocks are excellent as a performance upgrade for your Volkswagen. Available in adjustable (Illumina) and non-adjustable (Premium Performance) configuration, Tokico offers shocks suitable for street performance or all- out racing. Tokico shocks also carry a lifetime warranty against defects.

Koni Sport Shocks: These shocks are designed with the aggressive driver in mind. Koni Sports are a twin-tube, low pressure gas shock suitable for street or race applications and are adjustable for rebound only.

Bilstein Sport Shocks: These shocks are for the performance minded driver. These shocks are also suitable for street or race and have a unique self adjusting system.

GAB Shocks: These shocks are the top of the line and valved for racing applications. They are adjustable and available for vehicles with A2 chassis using a non-sealed front strut.

URETHANE SUSPENSION BUSHINGS
Replacing stock suspension bushings with urethane reduces unwanted suspension movement and allows suspension components such as sway bars and springs to work more effectively.

SWAY BARS
Sway bars are an excellent way to upgrade your Volkswagen suspension. Sway bars reduce body roll and increase stability when cornering. Also, they do not affect ride quality under normal driving conditions. All sway bars come with urethane bushings. Lightweight hollow sway bars are now available in a 25 mm front and 28 mm rear size.

Eibach PRO-KIT AND SPORTLINE SPRINGS
Eibach offers two different spring kits for most Volkswagens. The Pro-Kit offers a progressive rate spring that lowers your Volkswagen one inch. These springs are slightly stiffer that stock for increased performance while retaining excellent ride quality. Sportline springs go one step further. They are slightly stiffer than the Pro-Kit springs and lower your vehicle between 1.5 (Jetta, A2 Golf) and 1.8 (Cabriolet, A3 Golf) inches.

ADJUSTABLE CAMBER/CASTER PLATES
Designed by Ground Control Systems, our camber/caster plates are constructed of 7075-T6 billet aluminum and allow for multi-axis adjustment. Primarily for racing applications, the camber/caster plates give maximum negative camber as well as increased travel and rigidity. Camber/caster plates must be used with a 2 ½ inch ID spring and cutting of the strut tower is necessary.
